Refrigerated air dryers are used to cool and then dry fresh air. This helps to avoid corrosion and protect pipelines and other relevant equipment. Refrigerated air dryers are easily installable and have a high uptime, ensuring that maintenance is kept to a minimum.
Our units are designed to suit piston type air compressors which have a higher air temperature delivery of between 60°C and 80°C when most air dryers have an inlet temperature of 40°C only. This means that you won’t have to oversize your air dryer if you use the Royce refrigerated air dryer.
Inline Filter
Compressor Care also offers a range of inline filter for use with small and large units to take out contaminants such as oil, dirt and water. Our inline filters and filtration systems maintain water purity at a faster flow rate than dedicated water filter systems.
Inline filters are also extremely quick to install, and they do not require the drilling of holes nor a plumber, which saves you time and money.
Air Compressor Air Dryer Accessories

Auto Drains are used to replace manual drains which are standard equipment found on compressor tanks. They ensure that filter bowls are drained as many times as necessary without human intervention, resulting in long-term positive effects on the compressed air components surrounding the filter.
A filter regulator is used to control the precision and speed of the flow of liquids and air, allowing for precise pressure control to improve the pumps’ performance.
Micromist separators are used for removing aerosol-state oil mist and particulates 0.01 microns or above from the air flow. They are well suited for oil filtration when paired with a single phase compressor.
Oil lubricators are intended to be used hand in hand with a filter and should not be used when there is dirt or particulates. Oil lubricators are used to reduce heat, friction and wear between mechanical elements.
